As we all know, the situation relating to COVID-19 is evolving by the hour. During these incredibly challenging times, I wanted to take a moment to share some information regarding our team, business, and outlook moving forward.
I’m grateful to report that all our staff and their families in Canada and China are healthy and feeling well. We continue to follow the direction of our public health authorities in order to maintain the health and safety of our team, our clients, and our community. Our office in Canada is currently closed to the public and our team has transitioned to primarily working from home.
We’re fortunate to have the collaboration tools and processes in place for our staff to work and continue to serve our customers remotely. We meet online often – in small and large groups – with each other and with our vendors and customers. We’re busy delivering on the projects we started before the COVID-19 crisis and continue to plan for new projects.
Beyond serving our current customers, we’re also busy exploring how we can best apply our design and manufacturing capabilities to contribute in a helpful way to the current COVID-19 crisis. We will share developments on this front as they become available.
Through these difficult times, we’re supporting one another and doing everything we can to be positive, proactive, compassionate…and patient. Like many of you, we are monitoring the situation day by day and continue to adapt and carry on – while caring for those around us.
