Inertia is honoured to be recognized this week by the Great Place to WorkⓇ organization as one of Canada’s Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion in 2019.
To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year and at least 90% of employees must agree they are treated fairly regardless of personal characteristics (such as gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation).

In October of 2018 Inertia was initially recognized and officially certified as a Great Place to Work®. The certification was awarded after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.
