The team at Inertia is thrilled to announce that we’ll be supporting FIRST Canada with a three year sponsorship commitment.
FIRST Canada’s mission is to inspire young people to pursue studies and careers in the field of science, technology and engineering. They fulfill their mission by running robotics and lego competitions for school-age students at the elementary, junior high school and senior high school level. It was really inspiring to see the excitement, pride and creativity the kids had about their projects and the competition. One of the reasons Inertia is so excited to support FIRST Canada is that we share many of the same core values with the organization. These include equity, diversity and inclusion, knowledge and skill transfer and gracious professionalism.
Inertia wouldn’t be where it is today without our brilliant team of engineers and designers. It’s another reason why we want to do what we can to help young people explore the potential of careers in these fields.
