One of our medical device start-up customers needed to meet a firm delivery deadline provided by their biggest client, a large international medical device company – despite the pandemic. As their product development and low-volume manufacturing partner, Inertia was able to turn around our client’s first set of production parts in just six weeks. Completion and delivery of all 33,000 parts took only 12 weeks, right in the midst of COVID-19 restrictions.
Inertia’s ability to quickly adapt to our new pandemic operating environment enabled us to successfully deliver 130 unique parts, 33,000 total parts, 99 tools from 13 manufacturing partners.
