Ray is the Founder & CEO of Inertia – an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified product design, engineering, and manufacturing organization. We carry programs from early architecture through regulatory clearance, manufacturing transfer, and commercial scale – governing the decisions that determine whether a product survives contact with the real world.

The work spans medical devices, diagnostics, defence, and clean technology. But the clients we’re built for are scaling OEM’s who can’t afford late-stage structural surprises – and who want a partner with a repeatable system, not a bespoke engagement.

Before Inertia, I trained in automotive and motorsports environments – Toyota’s lean production systems, championship endurance race teams – where architecture and discipline determine outcomes long before the finish line. That’s still how we build.
